Great tool to help explain the uses of web 2.0 and how to best access tools that will help.

This looks like a great site to house any bookmarks for specific topics. By using delicious I can find and use any computer, not just a school computer, so when I find bookmarks that I'd like to ue for the classroom I can automatically set it up in delicious to add to my compiled list of topics.

added a few bookmaks. Looks like a great site to find and facilitate technology in the classroom. Found out I can also connect the bookmarks to my twitter account as well.
web 2.0
So many options to add to the classroom. Setting up each classroom computer with different options or avenues for the students to tell what they know by using their choice of sites set up allows the students to self modify whioe getting their thoughts across.
I havent set up anything in particular for the students to use, but exploring the different options has been an eye opener to all of the different tools available.

This one looks pretty fun too. The students can have a picture they have taken or sent to school uploaded and they can make their own stories, tutorials, etc. looks like it will keep them interested in finding a new avenue to state what they know or have learned.

this looks like a great way to post an assignment at a center, leave notes for the classroom or parents, or even a newsletter updating the daily, weekly or monthly activities. Great way to send reminders to parents of upcoming fieldtrips, etc along with a note home for those who don't regularly check.

Ok, tried to embed the link to my wall wisher site but did not work. I saved it as a link and it was much easier to access. I really like this idea to use daily, even as a morning bell ringer idea to get the class working right away.web 2.0

fun site to integrate a quiz while making it a game. First thing that comes to mind is PWIM, showig pictures and selecting the correct word, etc. This would be a great way to use as a self assessment for the students when they use the quiz in a self monitored center.

Great site! Reminds me of photo story 2 but with mor excitement. I liked the viedo clip of the alphabet. This gave me instant ideas of what the students can create to add to their own presentations. This can be used for llimitless ideas. I immediately think of the students creating math problems with pictures of students or objects around the school. Love this idea!

I like this site. We first learned about it in PD, but I haven't used it really until now. I set up a wordle with the students' names from this year. I think it would be fun to create with several classroom lessons. The students can add PWIM words, words their way sorts, friends names, etc. This is a good way to get the sudents to look at the material, practice typing and have a physical copy of their work to review. Pride in their own creation will help to keep the information fun and fresh.
